Well, Ryan and I went to the doctor today and we got to hear Little Baby Smith's heartbeat. It kinda took the Dr. awhile to find it...seemed like 20 minutes (more like a minute) and then we heard this weird techno-sounding beating noise. It was so exciting. Although, I must say, I was kinda disappointed in the technology. We can send a man to the moon yet the Dr. pulled out this walkie-talkie looking thing to listen to the heartbeat. Really? Oh well, it did the trick! It was just another reminder of God's blessing to our family! It really put us on a high for the day!
I have also had a LC (life-changing) moment when I put on a pair of maternity pants this week. OH MY GOSH! Why have I waited so long to experience this comfort? I should always wear them...pregnant or not! They were even cute looking. I am a firm believer that fashion can come at a cost...and sometimes that is comfort...but holy cow! These were cute and comfy! I plan on purchasing more in the near future.
